nikon d60 camera tips?

I am buying a Nikon d60 tomorrow, and I really don’t know much about it at all. If anyone has some tips for me, it would be greatly appreciated. Any tips on how to care for the camera, how to take different shots, etc. Thanks.

I use the same camera and my advice would be to read the camera’s user manual carefully and try out all the settings/options of the camera.
